Sometimes I think there’s a kernel of truth in these “Hello, I’m a Mac….” ads from Apple. Take for example the error message that I just received from Vista:
This error was presented after I installed a bunch of updates that Vista suggested I should install. The “Get help with this error” message doesn’t provide meaningful help either…

Yes, this kind of user experience can be very frustrating. I am yet to experience this kind of pain on the Mac.
